Robert R. Archambault 68, of Niagara St. died Thursday at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Christine (Cote) Archambault. Mr. Archambault was born in Woonsocket a son of the late Orian and Marguerite (Deslauriers) Archambault. He was a baker for RI Hospital for the past fifteen years. Bob had previously owned and operated Deslaurier's Bakery for twenty four years. He was Past President of the MA Retail Bakers Association, a former member of the Kiwanis Club, and former chairman of the Chamber of Commerce 7:45 Breakfast Club.
Besides his wife he is survived by a son Derek J. Archambault and his wife Meghan of Barre, VT., three brothers Orian , Marc and Peter Archambault all of Narragansett and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral with visitation will be held Wednesday at 9:30 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Ave. Woonsocket. Private burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to Mt. St. Charles Academy, Development Office, 800 Logee St. Woonsocket, RI 02895 or Alzheimer's Association, RI Chapter, 245 Waterman St. Ste. 306, Providence , RI 02895 in his memory would be appreciated.
