Vicki Carol Young, 51, of Fitzgerald, died Thursday, February 12, 2009 in Dublin, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM., Sunday, February 15, 2009 at the Paulk Funeral Home in Chapel with Bro. Vic Boney officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 Saturday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Young was born in Dougherty County to Irene Nobles Anglin and the late Fred Anglin. She was a 1975 graduate of Westover High School in Albany. She had lived in the Fitzgerald community since 1978. She was a homemaker and was of the Holiness faith.
She is survived by her sons: Aaron Young of Atlanta, GA, and Asher Young of Fort Lauderdale, FL, daughters: April Okken of Beebe, Ark., and Allison Young of Valdosta; granddaughter: Hailey Young of Atlanta; mother: Irene Nobles Anglin of Albany; and two brothers: Ray Anglin of Homestead, FL and Duane Anglin of Augusta. Along with her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Hal C. Young.
