Kenneth D. Robertson age 91 of Plymouth, formerly of Canton passed away August 13th at the Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston. Born and raised in Abington, he graduated from Abington High School and Villanova University. He served in the Navy during the Korean War and went on to work as a Mechanical Engineer for the Watertown Arsenal for many years before retiring. He summered in Boothbay Harbor, Maine and was an avid sailor. During his career as a Mechanical Engineer he had several inventions that were patented. Beloved husband of the late Irene J. (Shutzman). Father of Dianne R. Palmer of Plymouth, Cheryl L. Durinick and her husband Ray of Sebastopol, CA and Wayne R. Robertson and his wife Susan of Pembroke. Brother of the late Donald Robertson. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. Ken worked as a Mechanical Engineer for the Watertown Arsenal for many years before retiring. Funeral services will be private. | |||||
