Kirby G. Harnum age 57 of Canton passed away suddenly on January 27, 2014. Born in Merced, California Kirby was raised in Burlington, MA. He graduated from Burlington High School and the University of Maryland. Mr. Harnum worked for the family business Harnum Industries in Wilmington and Haverhill. Kirby was an avid golfer and a member of the Wampatuck Country Club in Canton and the Tequesta Country Club in Jupiter, FL. He was a former member of the Cambridge Mason Lodge. Beloved husband of Mary C. (Sullivan). Loving son of Pearl Harnum of NH and the late Gordon Harnum. Step father of Matthew Greenstein & his wife Julia of Norwalk, CT, Joanie Greenstein, Paul Shepter, Jr. and Luke Shepter all of Canton. Brother of Doug Harnum & his wife Marge of Lowell. Also survived by his grandchildren Hannah & Connor Greenstein of CT, his nieces Ashlee & Amanda Harnum of N.H., and his dear friend Nicky “Cat Man” Catizone of Revere. Visiting hours in the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home SATURDAY FEBRUARY 8th from 10:00 am -12:00 pm followed by a service at the funeral home. Burial private. | |||||
