Brown, Janet Kathryn (Ridlon) of Hingham, died unexpectly on Sunday, January 9, 2011. Loving mother of Scott Brown and his wife Tami of Plymouth, Keri Cross and her husband David of Hanover, Todd Brown and his wife Tanya of Tewksbury, Craig Brown and his wife Amy and Kenneth Dodge all of Marshfield. Sister of Judith Mortell and her husband Thomas of Sanbornton, NH and the late Elaine Salvucci , Carolyn McCusker-Faherty and Edward, Kenneth and Richard Ridlon. She was the devoted grandmother to her 11 grandchildren who will miss her greatly.
Janet took great pleasure in music, cooking, going to the beach and visiting yards sales for those special treasures, but nothing in her life was more important than her real treasures - her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered as a generous, caring women with a great sense of humor. Her spirit will continue to live on through her family. They will be forever grateful for all the blessing she brought into their lives.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Friday, January 14 from 3-7pm in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM.
Burial will be private.
