Mr. Thomas H. Wilson, of Taunton and formerly of Somerville, died Monday, March 15 in the South Shore Hospital, Weymouth, following a brief illness. He was the companion of Joanne Dumont of Abington and the former husband of Cidalia Moreira of Somerville. He was born 60 years ago in Boston, the son of Edith (Ryerson) Thomas of Taunton, and the late Thomas Wilson. He was educated in Boston and had been a Taun-
ton resident for 12 years before moving to Abington 2 months ago. Prior to his illness, he had been employed as a tow truck driver for Pat’s Auto Body in Somerville for several years. He had previously been employed as a lobster fisherman. Mr. Wilson enjoyed cooking, going to the beach and spending time with his family.
In addition to his companion and mother, he leaves:
1 daughter: Tammy Pina and her husband, Louis of Brockton
1 brother: Joseph Thomas and his wife, Jeannette of Somerville
1 sister: Arlene Menard of Taunton
2 grandchildren: Brooke Pina and Louis Pina III
several nieces and nephews
Mr. Wilson was also the stepson of the late John Thomas and the brother of the late John Wilson.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 249 Whittenton Street, Taunton, on Thursday, March 18 at 12:00 Noon. Relatives and friends are invited
to attend. Visiting Hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangements are under the direction of The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home of Taunton.
