Obituary

Raymond, J. Reinsant, 85, of Cortland Place, Austin Avenue, Smithfield, a plumbing contractor until retiring died Wednesday at Miriam Hospital. He was the husband of the late Olive L. (Galipeau) Reinsant.

Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late George E. and Robea (LaPlante) Reinsant. He lived in Smithfield since 1997 previously living in Pawtucket, RI for 60 years.

Mr. Reinsant was a Navy veteran of WWII.

He is survived by a son, Bro. Raymond F. Reinsant, S.C. of Woonsocket; four daughters, Michele L. Cerrone of Glocester, Paula M. Reinsant of Cumberland, Elizabeth A. Lataille of Madison, NJ and Christine L. Niven of River Vale, NJ; five grandchildren, Joseph, Aimee-Beth, and Christopher Lataille, Lisa and Michaela Cerrone; a brother, George E. Reinsant, Jr. of Pawtucket; three sisters, Claire Stone of California, Margaret McGovern of CT, and Madeleine Bianchini of Pawtucket.

His funeral will be held Friday at 10am from the *ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, RI with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI 02828. Visitation Thursday 4-8pm. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Brothers of the Sacred Heart, 94 Carrington Avenue, Woonsocket, RI 02895.
