Larry DeWayne Southerland, 58, of Anderson, went to be with Lorra after an extended illness.
He was born October 14, 1960, in Anderson, the son of Samuel E. and Janice (Raison) Southerland.
He worked maintenance at Hi-Top Realty 18 years.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Christina (Bob) Perry of Middletown; son, Jeremiah (Shannon) Southerland of Anderson; six siblings, Sam (Cindy) Southerland, Vicki Davidson, Carol Blakeley, John (Becky) Southerland all of Anderson, Bill Raison of Greenfield and Linda (Harold) Jackson of Florida; seven grandchildren, Karissa, Samantha, Harleigh, Kyle, Shelby, Caleb and Karlei; three great-grandchildren, Hayden, Cartter and Brylei; several nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Lorra (Spangler) Southerland.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Carroll Cullipher of 38th Street Free Will Baptist Church officiating.
Visitation will be from noon until the service Thursday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
