Donna Lue Lawler, 90, of Anderson passed away on May 3, 2019 at her home.
Donna was born on March 18, 1929, to Guy and Halsie (Preston) Schoonover. She married Donald A. Lawler on September 11, 1949. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She was a member of Bethany Christian Church and her love for the Lord and servant's heart brought many to Christ.
Donna is survived by her husband, Don; two sons, Doug (Pam) Lawler of Westfield and Dennis (Tammy) Lawler of Dade City, FL; four grandchildren, Brittany (Jordan) Schrader of Tampa, FL, Drew Lawler of Tampa, FL, Jacob Lawler of Westfield and Nathan Lawler of Portland, OR; brother-in-law Bob Taylor, niece Vickie (Virgil) Cook, nephew Brian (Kelli) Taylor, and many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her precious daughter Deanna, her parents, sisters, Edith (Bob) Long and Marvina (Bob) Taylor.
Services will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Kent Stookey and Ned Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park.
Visitation will begin at 12 noon on Tuesday at the funeral home.
The Lawler family would like to thank her caregivers and Heart to Heart Hospice for all their support and care for Donna during her last days.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
