Florence T. (Adinolfi) Angelo, of Lynnfield and Falmouth, formerly of Malden and East Boston, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2019, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 92 years old.
Florence was the devoted wife of the late Anthony J. Angelo. She was the daughter of the late Nicolo and Josephine (Flammia) Adinolfi of Grottaminarda, Italy. Florence was the beloved mother of Robert Angelo and his wife Marilou of West Newbury, Donna and Susan Angelo both of Lynnfield, and the late Richard Angelo. She was the mother in law of Cheryl Angelo-Guarracino. Florence was the sister of Rocco Adinolfi and his wife Mercine, Thomas Adinolfi and his late wife Isabelle, Mary Hallisey and her husband William, and the late Prisco Adinolfi and his late wife Josephine, Joseph Adinolfi and his surviving wife Francesca, Anthony Adinolfi and his surviving wife Sandra. She is survived by the devoted Angelo family among whom were her best friends, Nicholas Angelo and his wife Beatrice, Joseph Angelo and his wife Dorothy, John Angelo and his wife Carol, Gloria Teta, Rosemary Clausen, Dorothy Grasso, and the late George and Yolanda Angelo, and the late Louis Angelo and his surviving wife Marie. Florence was the cherished grandmother of Corissa (Angelo) Reynolds and her husband Brian, Kara (Logue) DeSimone and her husband Stephen and Nicholas Angelo, and great grandmother of Angelo and Domenic DeSimone and Dylan and Eva Reynolds. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Wednesday April 24th at 8:45am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 758 Salem Street, Lynnfield at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-7pm. Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody
