Carl J. Rappoli passed away peacefully on September 25, 2018. He was 93 years old.
Carl was born and raised in Malden and a longtime resident of Saugus. He was a United States Navy Veteran during WWII and former owner of Linden and Malden Cement Block Co.
Carl was the beloved husband of 62 years to Angelina “Angie” (Mottola) Rappoli. He was the loving father of Karen Feeley and her husband Michael of Northboro, John Rappoli and his wife Maureen of Wakefield, Brian Rappoli and his husband John Pazik of VA, and Karla MacKenzie and her husband Chris of Andover. Carl was the cherished grandfather of Christopher and Nicole Rappoli, Michelle Smith, Eric and Rachel Feeley, and Tara and Allison MacKenzie. He is also survived by 1 great grandchild.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday Sept. 29th at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8pm. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden.
