WEST BARNSTABLE: Phyllis P. (Snook) Chaulk, 89, formerly of Natick died peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the Coleman House in Northborough.
She was born on February 17, 1929 in Everett the daughter of the late John Snook and Ella (Herald) Snook.
Phyllis was the wife for 50 years of the late Arthur W. Chaulk who died on April 30, 2006.
She was the mother of Linda Smith and her husband Thomas Smith of Springfield, MO; Brian Chaulk and his wife Danielle Chaulk of West Barnstable; Susan Gannon and her husband Joseph Gannon of Churchill, MD; Jeff Chaulk of Marlborough; Beth Crisafulli and her husband Samuel Crisafulli of Natick; Kim Chaulk of Marlborough and Darren Chaulk and his wife Debra Chaulk of Shrewsbury. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and 8 nephews.
Phyllis spent her formative years in Everett and graduated from Everett High School. She resided in Natick for many years before moving to Rutland and Paxton.
Visitations will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018 from 11:00 to 1:00 pm at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (off Rte. 30), Cochituate.
At the request of her family, interment will be private.
