Bruce Anthony Mattingly, 61,
of Louisville, passed
away Sunday, June 24,
2018 surrounded by his
loved ones.
He was preceded in
death by his parents
Ralph and Martha Mattingly
and his Mamaw
Lucy Mattingly.
He was survived by
his wife, Joyce Heil Mattingly of 40 years; son,
Andrew “Andy” J. Mattingly; daughter, Allison
“Alli” M. Mattingly; brothers, Jerry (Janet), Darrell
(Jeanie); sisters, Katie Stevens (Sam), Rita
Schnell (Tim); and dear friend and fishing buddy,
Dave Ritter.
Bruce had a kind heart and a great sense of
humor. He also had an avid passion for fishing
and playing ball with his beloved dog Lucy. He
worked at the Ford Louisville Assembly Plant
for 28 years. He was a beloved husband, father,
and brother.
His visitation will be held at Owen Funeral
Home in Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road,
from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2018.
The service will begin at 7:00 p.m. that same day.
