GREENFIELD, Patricia Ann (Mattingly), 69, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018.
Patricia retired as a dining facility manager at Ft. Knox and she was a member of Ashby Lane Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Greenfield; her parents, Warren “Buck” and Gladys Mattingly; infant brother, Tommy Carroll and sister, Rita Lewis.
Patricia is survived by her children, Glenna Board (Kevin), Christie Downey (Gabriel), and Marvin Greenfield; grandchildren, Felicia, Diane, Holly (Chris), Emily, Bradley, Cassidy, and Christopher; great-grandchildren, Baily, Laela, and Eli; brothers, Tommy (Linda), Steve, Bo (Betty), and Darrell Mattingly; and sister, Tonjua Medley (Keith).
Visitation will be 2-8pm Friday and 10am-1pm Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. Funeral service will be 1pm Saturday at the funeral home followed by burial at Brookland Cemetery.
