Murrell T. Pierce, 78, passed away May 20,2018.
He was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church and had retired from Brown & Williamson Tobacco Co.
Murrell was preceded in death by his parents Roberta and Martin Pierce, seven siblings.
He survived by his wife of sixty years to Brenda (Clemons) Pierce, children Karen Witt (Steve), Neal Pierce (Tina), Cathy Burba and Tammy Barlow (Todd); sister Christina Sims; eight grandchildren Amie, Jennifer, Jason, Steve, Justin, Matt, Miranda and Rachael; and fourteen great-grandchildren Gracie, William, Parker, Charlotte, Carter, Clementine, Benjamin, Kenton, Ty, Ledge, Jinx, Jace, Grayson and Landon.
Funeral mass will be Thursday at 11 A.M. at Incarnation Catholic Church 2229 Lower Hunters Trace with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West).
Visitation will be at Owen funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway on Wednesday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M.
