Cook, John H., of Quincy, formerly of Milton, passed away peacefully in the company of his loving family on March 9, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Antoinette (Delrosso) and dear son of the late John H. Cook, Sr. and Florence (Buckley) Cook, as well as the devoted father of John H. Cook and his wife Meredith of Milton, Mary Lee and her husband Joseph of Braintree, Richard and his wife Gina of NC, Philip and his wife Gisela of Quincy. Mr. Cook cherished his grandchildren; John H. Cook, IV, Bailey Cook, Samuel, Henry, and Harrison Lee. He was the brother of Brother Richard Cook, CFX of Malden and the late Justine Flanagan and brother-in-law of Leo Flanagan of Wellesley. Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Saturday, March 24th from 11am to 1:30pm followed by a Memorial Service at 1:30pm. Mr. Cook was a retired employee of U.S. Postal Service.
