Anna Louise Cowgill, 82, of Anderson died March 11, 2018 at home following a brief illness.
She was born on July 25, 1935 in Jay County, Indiana, the daughter of George and Cleo (Thomas) Zuber. She was employed by St. John's Hospital in Medical Records for 15 years, retiring in 1985. She enjoyed painting as a hobby.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Cowgill, whom she married on February 28, 1953; a son, Roger ( wife Donna) Cowgill of Anderson; 3 grandchildren, Stacie Cowgill, Jodi (husband Randy) Bolinger, and Aaron (wife Sarah) Koob; and 9 great grandchildren, Emma, Zack, Zane, Zeb, Zeke, Zoey, Savanah, Grace, and Lauren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Tom, Bill and Floyd and 2 sisters Alice and Alta.
Services will be on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Tom Malbone officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home 2 hours prior to the service.
