Tony Alexander LaCook Obituary - Water Valley MS

Tony Alexander LaCook, age 52, passed away March 08, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital--North MS in Oxford, MS. He was born on June 2, 1965, to Dorothy Pipkin LaCook and the late James Hurt LaCook, Jr. in Jackson, MS. Tony enjoyed watching football and wrestling on TV and taking vacations with his family. While overcoming many obstacles associated with spina bifida, Tony attended McKellar Vocational Center in Columbus, MS and Northwest Community College in Senatobia, MS. Tony was an avid Mississippi State football fan and loved watching his beloved Bulldogs play. He was baptized into the faith of Jesus Christ in Florence, SC.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 11, 2018, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Seven Oaks Funeral Home of Water Valley, MS, with funeral services officiated by Bro. Brennan Allen on Monday, March 12, 2018, at 11:00 am in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks. Burial will be in the Coffeeville City Cemetery with Greg Adams, Brennan Allen, Dillon LaCook, Cameron LaCook, Dustin LaCook, Donnie Pipkin, and Alex Pipkin serving as pallbearers.

Tony is survived by his mother, Dorothy Pipkin LaCook of Water Valley, MS; one sister, Amanda LaCook of Water Valley; two brothers, Troy LcCook of Water Valley and Brad LaCook of The Dalles, Oregon; and a host of nieces and nephews.
