Glenna Sue Sutherland, age 81, of Water Valley, MS (formerly of California) died Friday, February 16, 2018 at Yalobusha Medical Facility. She was born in Chickasha, OK to the late Sewell Glen Wynn and Mattie Ethelene Akin on January 8, 1937 and enjoyed singing and writing. Glenna worked as a waitress.
Graveside services are planned for 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley, MS. Family members will take part in her Celebration of Life service with scripture reading and singing of hymns. Glenna is survived by two daughters, Shauna Lee Garcia and Robin Denise Ridley; three sons, Clayton Scott Forbes, Claude Michael Forbes, and Jeffrey Thomas Forbes; and three sisters, Becky Brown and Terri Darling, both of Water Valley, MS, and Mollie Sandoval of California. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Sutherland; one son, Charles Andrew Forbes; and one brother, Sewell Glen Wynn, Jr. | ||||
