Frank, Kenneth “Kenny”, 79, was called home December 10, 2017 at his residence.
He was born to Elliot and Thelma (James) Frank July 23, 1938 in Louisville, KY.
Kenny was an Inspector for Henry Vogt Machine Co. where he retired in 1986. He was a proud member of the U.S. National Guard.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Barbara Birtles.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons: William R. (Kimberly), and Steven W. (Billy) Frank; grandchildren: Kathryn, Sandra, Anne-Marie, Samantha, Kenneth, and Jewell; and a brother, James Frank.
A Memorial visitation will be held Thursday December 21, 2017 at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy 12:00-5:00 PM.
