Conard, Kenneth “ Ken”, 78, was called home December 5, 2017 with family by his side.
He was born to Alvin and Wilma (Berns) Conard December 6, 1938 in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
Ken graduated from Bellarmine University with a Bachelors in Physics and Math. He worked as a Budget Analyst for Fort Knox, retiring in 1995. Ken was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, where he served as Treasurer of the Men’s Club, and was a proud U.S. Army Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Russell Conard.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 52years, Margaret (Wilson) Conard; his children: Joan Ehrhardt (Stuart), John Conard (Laura), and Robert Conard (Janice McLean); grandchildren: Molly and Alayna Conard, Hannah, Leah, and Abby Ehrhardt; a brother, Dale Conard; three sisters, Sandy Arispe, Judy August, and Christine Conard.
A Funeral Mass will be at St. Paul Catholic Church 6900 Dixie Hwy at 3:00 PM. Visitation is Wednesday 2:00-8:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy, and 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM Thursday before Church. Cremation to follow.
