Mrs. Cathleen M. (LaCroix) Getty, a resident of Andover for more than 20 years and beloved wife of Leonard B. Getty, passed away at her home in Andover on Wednesday morning, November 22, 2017. She was 50 years old.
Born in Holden, Massachusetts, on December 7, 1966, she was the beloved daughter of George and Jane Ellen (West) LaCroix of Holden. Cathleen was a graduate of Wachusett High School and Westfield State College. Mrs. Getty was employed by Blue Buffalo for many years. She and her family enjoyed camping at Sebago Lake in Maine for the past 20 years. Above all else in her life, Cathleen was a devoted wife and mother, always caring for her beloved family. She will be very deeply missed.
Besides her husband, Leonard and parents, George and Jane Ellen, she is survived by her loving children; Natalie Marie Getty, Kyle Leonard Getty and Caroline Grace Getty, all of Andover, brothers and sisters-in-law; Brian and his wife Gail LaCroix of Spencer and Garrett and his wife Jennifer LaCroix of Holden, niece and nephews; Madison LaCroix and Sam and Preston LaCroix.
Her Memorial Service will be celebrated in the Chapel at West Parish Garden Cemetery, 129 Reservation Road, Andover, on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Interment will follw memorial service in the West Parish Garden Cemetery, Andover.
