Marie V. Pacella, of Fairhaven, formerly of Canton, died November 20, 2017. She was 91 years old. Marie was born in Dorchester and attended St. Gregory’s grammar and high school. She was a devoted parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton and was a member of the Canton Catholic Women’s Club and the Canton Garden Club. Beloved wife of the late Philip P. Pacella. Loving mother of Dianne S. Pacella and her husband Robert Forbes of Ipswich and Donna M. MacDonald and her husband Joseph of Wareham. Proud grandmother of Andrea Benson- Yang of Stratham N.H., Leanne Oden of Wareham and Gabriel Pacella-Hazelton of Ipswich. Proud great-grandmother of Matthew and Elizabeth Yang of N.H. and Colby Oden of Wareham. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial on Friday, November 24th at 10:30am in St. John the Evangelist Church, 700 Washington St., Canton.
