Edward Aguiar, age 86 of Fall River, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Manuel Aguiar and the late Louise (Cardoza) Aguiar. Prior to retiring, Ed worked at St. Vincent’s Home as the Director of Maintenance and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.
He loved to do free-hand drawings and many types of woodworking. He also loved his dog Angel, she was his pride and joy.
He is survived by his two daughter: Cheryl Michael and her husband Tom of Assonet and Jo-Ann Clyne and her husband Todd of Hudson, FL; three grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson. He is also survived by his longtime companion of 30 years, Jackie. He was the brother of the late Roland Aguiar and Dorothy “Dot” Castanho.
