Entered heaven on Oct. 25, 2017, after a 3 year stay at Ramsey Co. Care Center. Grace was born the youngest child of eleven on Oct. 8, 1936 to John and Mary (Meehan) St. Ledger in Kirkwood, IL. At the age of 9 her family moved to Deer Park, WI. In 1955, she married John (Jack) Schwan in New Richmond, WI. He died in April of 1994. Grace loved and cherished her two children, Rita and Jerome. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Josette Schwan, Jeremiah, Jacob, and Josh Zeier; and two great grandchildren, Julian and Alora. Grace was devoted to her family and will be remembered for her unique way of making everyone feel special. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday (11/2) 11:00 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul. Visitation Wednesday 4-7 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, and one hour prior to Mass. Private interment Immaculate Conception Cemetery, New Richmond, WI.
