Angelo Poles, age 76, of Hyde Park passed away October 12th at the Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston. Born in and Educated in Italy, he has lived in Hyde Park for 51 years and previously lived in Roxbury. He worked as a Cabinet Maker for Local #51 in Boston for many years before retiring. Angelo was a skilled carpenter and enjoyed making Greek and Roman Mythology Statues from varies materials. Beloved husband of Carol A. (Roman). Father of David M. Poles and his fiancé Julianne of Fitchburg, Rodney R. Poles of Dedham, Daren C. Poles and his wife Jessie of Plymouth, Maria A. Poles and her husband Gary Martin of Dedham and the late Michael Poles. Grandfather of Alaina, Brendan, and Autumn Martin of Dedham and Iris and Tessa Poles of Plymouth. Brother of the late Sante, Sergio and Paul Poles. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Monday 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Anne Church 79 W. Milton St. Hyde Park Tuesday morning at 10. Burial St. Michael’s Cemetery Roslindale.
