REBA ELOISE (BISHOP) GANT, 92, passed away peacefully at home October 8, 2017.
She was a retired employee of General Electric.
Preceding her in death was her husband, George Gant, parents, Rush and Sylva Bishop, great granddaughter, Briana McCauley, son-in-law, Chuck Lohmeyer, her sister, Verbal Craig, and brother, D. J. Bishop, Sr.
Survivors include her daughters, Phyllis Lohmeyer and Brenda Murphy (Gerald); grandchildren, Pat Murphy (Missi), Tony Murphy (Debbie) and Tammy McCauley (Brian); great grandchildren, April, Dawn, Kimberly, Anthony, Chase, Andra, and Tanner; seven great great grandchildren; and her brother, Cecil Bishop.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
