Dorothy Virginia Wilt Kelbaugh of Frankford, Delaware passed away on October 4, 2017 at Johns Hopkins Hospital at the age of 84. She was born August 3, 1933 in Clymer, Pensylvania to Ira Paul Wilt and Gaynell Beth Widdowson Wilt. She was an alumnus of Tekoa Falls Bible College in Georgia. Of her many careers, Dottie was a clerk at Bendix Radio, a secretary at the Loch Raven Library, a secretary at Maryland State Penitentiary and bookkeeper at Kelbaugh Construction Corporation. Her career path then led her to a secretarial position at Towson State University from which she retired in 2000. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Marilyn who died as an infant, her brothers Lloyd (Lois) Wilt and Edmund and sister-in-law Isabel and a niece Cynthia Wilt Colville (Bruce) of Nashville, TN. Dorothy was a member of Perry Hall Baptist and attended services at Grace Fellowship in Timonium. She was a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. She is the beloved wife of John G. Kelbaugh and devoted mother of Lynda LaPine and her husband Dik, and Lori Marshall. Loving grandmother of Jana LaPine, Brittany Marshall, James LaPine and his wife Pilar, Jordan Marshall, and dear great grandmother of Kinley and Yanik.
Family and friends may call at The Johnson-Fosbrink Funeral Home, P.A., 8521 Loch Raven Blvd. (beltway exit 29-B) on Monday, October 9th, from 12 Noon to 1 P.M., at which all are invited to attend the Funeral Service from 1 to 2 P.M., Interment to follow in the Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
