Irene (Ramalho) Archambault, age 89, of Fall River, passed away on Saturday September 23, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Antone and Maria (Pereira) Ramalho and wife of the late Paul S. Archambault. She was proud to have been a cheerleader for Durfee High School from 1943-1945, was a Medical Secretary at Truesdale Clinic for Dr. Hill, a caregiver for anyone who needed it and loved spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son; Paul Archambault and his wife Mary Jean, grandchildren; Alec and Lauren Archambault and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Eva Domingos and Evelyn Rebello.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Wednesday with extended calling hours from 8:30-9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Fall River Jewish Home 538 Robeson St. Fall River, MA 02720.
