Patricia Ann Tracy-Yahoub, 71, of Pembroke, passed away on September 8, 2017. Beloved wife of 51 years to Stanley Yahoub. Loving mother to Brenda Armand and her husband Timothy, Richard Yahoub and Demi Christakos , and Mathew Yahoub and wife Anmarie. Loving Grammy of Haley Yahoub, Emily and Timmy Armand and Mathew and Carly Yahoub. Daughter of the late Edith and Earl Tracy. Sister to Barbara and husband Bob Workman, Linda and husband Tommy Osborne. Patricia is also survived by her step mother Gloria Coleman, step brother Mark and wife Sherry Tracy, and Brian and wife Joanmarie Tracy, and her nephew Tyler Osborne (Yitty).
She was an avid roller skater where she met her true love Stan. She was an expert seamstress, creating and altering the most beautiful wedding and prom gowns as well as making all our clothes as kids. She made every birthday and holiday special with her beautiful cakes that she created. She loved spending time with her grandkids, and Going to the casinos.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, September 13th, from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, September 14th at 11:00 AM at St. Jospeh the Worker, 1 Maquan St, Hanson. Interment will be private.
