Rosemarie (Giello) DeRosa of Salem, NH, formerly of North Andover, died on Friday, September 8. Born and raised in East Boston, she was the daughter of the late John and Pasqualina (Carrabes) Giello.

Rosemarie worked at the Depositors Trust in Medford while she cared for her son John. She later worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a remittance adjuster for 41 years. She enjoyed spending time at home with her son John. She would relocate from North Andover to Salem, NH where she could be close to her granddaughter Jessica whom she adored. Rosemarie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother she will be remembered for the love she shared with family and friends.

Rosemarie was the beloved wife of the late Alfred M. DeRosa. She was the loving mother of John DeRosa and his wife Susan of Salem, NH, the devoted grandmother of Jessica DeRosa, dear sister of the late Marjorie Satera. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Tuesday, September 12th at 12 Noon. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 10 AM to noon. Interment will be private.
