Joyce Margaret (Courtney) Donahue, 79, passed away Sunday morning, on September 3, 2017.
Joyce, formerly of Braintree, resided in Carver, Massachusetts, and is survived by her loving husband, Robert Donahue. Mother of Lisa Helen (Donahue) Kraszewski and Laura Marie (Donahue) Brady. Cherished grandmother of Timothy, Rebecca, Sean, and Rose Brady.
Joyce is the daughter of Frank and Blanche Courtney of Braintree.
Joyce had a passion for knitting, crocheting, cooking, and traveling. Joyce and her husband Bob loved to travel and made many long trips to Ireland, army reunions, and cross-country to Half Moon Bay California, where they had lived and raised their twin daughters, before moving back to Massachusetts.
Visiting hours will be held Friday, September 8th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St, (rt. 58) Carver. A funeral service will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home Saturday, September 9th at 11:00am.
