Deborah Kowtko passed away Saturday August 5th at home. She is the widow or Ernest Kowtko who passed away in 2016.

Born in Scranton, daughter of Charles and Judith Jordan Latniak. She was a member Holy Cross Parish at St. Patrick's. She was employed for Harper Collins publishing.

Surviving in addition to her parents are two sons, Ernest Jr. and wife, Silke, Germany; Frank at home; two grandchildren, Ernest III and David Kowtko, of Germany, two Sisters and two Brothers.

Private funeral services were conducted at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., Olyphant, Pa.
