Anna T. Augliera, of Medford formerly of Boston's North End, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, July 21, 2017, following a lengthy period of declining health. She was 88 years of age. Anna was the beloved wife of John C. Augliera together sharing 63 years of marriage. Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Tommasina (DeRosa) Sannella.

Anna worked for many years as a clerk for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Revenue prior to her retirement. Mostly devoted to her family, Anna enjoyed cooking and baking and making sure her family was always taken care of. She also enjoyed shopping and taking day trips with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her family for her unconditional love and devotion.

In addition to her beloved husband, Anna is survived by her children, Lisa Dempsey and her husband Timothy of Stoneham, John C. Augliera, Jr. of Medford, Janet Barone and her husband Fred of Wilmington. She was the loving grandmother of Francesca and Niko Barone. Sister of the late Sarah DiStefano and her late husband Damiano, Pasquale "Pat" Sannella and his late wife Rose, Mike Sannella and his surviving wife Nancy of Medford. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held from the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Wednesday, July 26th, at 8:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford, at 9:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 thru 8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
