John R. Sheehan age 75 of Quincy, passed away surrounded by his loving family July 13th. Born in Boston, he was raised in Dorchester and graduated from Dorchester High School and was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He worked as a Custodian for the Boston Public Schools for many years before retiring. He has lived in Quincy for over 35 years and was an avid golfer who enjoyed playing at Presidents Golf Course in Quincy and in Naples, FL. Beloved husband of Sheila A. (Graham). Father of Kelly A. Russo and her husband Adam of Scituate and Kerri A. Sheehan and her Fiancée Jesse Ahern of Quincy. Grandfather of Soli, Maeve, Shae and Samuel Russo and Jacob and Rebel Sheehan. Brother of Edward Sheehan of Dorchester, Helene Ayre of Plymouth, and Thomas Sheehan of Dorchester. Funeral Mass at St. Agatha Church Milton Monday morning at 10:30. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Sunday 2-6 pm. Burial VA National Cemetery, Bourne. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era.
