Theresa Scroggins, 88, of Groton, died Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London.
A graveside service in Elm Grove Cemetery is being planned and will be announced in a complete obituary in a later edition of the New London Day and on this website.
