August 27, 1926- June 16, 2017
Glendon E. "Glen" Habegger, 90, of Anderson, IN, died on June 16, 2017 at Bethany Pointe Health Campus.
He was born on August 27, 1926 in New Castle, IN the son of Wilbert and Minnie Sarah (Brown) Habegger. He was employed for 30 years with Delco Remy Division of General Motors as a machine operator. He married Martha June Harvey on June 17, 1951, and she preceded him in death on August 8, 2015. He was a member of South Meridian Church of God.
He is survived by his two daughters; Janeise Kay (Billy) Waymire of Alexandria and Debra Lynn Engle of Anderson. 8 grandchildren; Candice (Brian) Rominger, Andrew (Colleen) Waymire, Jeremy (Jennifer) Waymire, Christopher (Jennifer) Engle, Jonathon (Sarah) Engle, Nicholas (Jessica) Waymire, Angel Waymire, and Tracy (Ryan) Dobbs; 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha, his parents, a daughter, Susan Habegger, 2 brothers, Gerald Habegger and Garland Habegger; and a sister, Geraldine Moore.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Ed Hyatt officiating. Burial will follow at Harlan Cemetery in Wilkinson, Indiana.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Memorial Contributions may be given to South Meridian Church of God or The Alzheimer's Association.
