Mary Margaret "Meg" (Dietsch) Scaggs, 51, of Anderson, Indiana, formerly of Columbus, Ohio, died June 7, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis from complications following surgery.
Meg was born March 9, 1966 in Faribault, Minnesota the daughter of Warren and Mary (Baltes) Dietsch.
She was the Co-Director for Meadow Park Children's Center and former member of Meadow Park Church of God in Columbus, Ohio.
She was currently the business manager for Dove Harbor and the Miriam Project at Madison Park. She had a great love for people and was a passionate advocate for women and children.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Dietsch, her daughter, Rachel (Noel) Lantin, sister, Mary Beth Spitzack and brother, Mike Dietsch, nieces and nephews, Ryan Schwab, Briana Schwab, Carson Spitzack, Darby Dietsch and Addie Dietsch and many very special friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Warren Dietsch.
There will be a casual gathering at Madison Park Church of God on Saturday, June 17. Friends and family are invited to drop by from 10:00 a.m. to noon. There will be a Celebration of Life at Noon followed by lunch for those who wish to stay. For more information, call the church office at 765-642-2000.
