FALL RIVER… Jocelyn Viveiros, 27, of Fall River passed away Monday June 5, 2017.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of Grace (Benfeito) Viveiros and the late Jaime Viveiros. Jocelyn lived in Fall River her entire life and she enjoyed music, playing guitar and loved dogs. She had studied child care at Bristol Community College.
Along with her mother, survivors include her step-father: Wayne Lizotte, her maternal grandmother: Deolinda Benfeito, her companion: Mark Alfonso, a daughter: Aniyah G. Alfonso of Fall River, 2 sisters: Erica Viveiros and her fiancé Christopher Goncalo and Monica Viveiros, both of Fall River, a nephew Alex J. Goncalo, a niece: Ayla G. Goncalo, an aunt Laura Ferreira, 2 cousins: Roman & Bobby Ferreira. She was the granddaughter of the late Gilbert Benfeito.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday at 8:00 AM from the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 AM at Santo Christo Church, Columbia Street, Fall River. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 4 - 8 PM.
