Ann Marie (Tringale) Mottola, of Medford, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends after a long battle of Ovarian Cancer, on Tuesday May 30th. She was 65. Raised in Medford she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Lena (Manganiello) Tringale.

Ann Marie was a graduate from the Girl’s Catholic High School in Malden. She then attended Northeastern University where she earned her degree to become a Medical Technologist and a Laboratory Analyst. She started her career at the Deaconess Hospital and then later in her career moved to the Massachusetts General Hospital. She enjoyed working in the medical environment.

When Ann Marie was not working she loved to travel with her husband Armando. She enjoyed spending time at home. Ann Marie was a devoted wife and mother she will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and dear life long friends.

Ann Marie was the beloved wife of Armando Mottola, with whom she shared many years of loving marriage. She was the loving mother of Leanne Mottola of Stoneham and Cara Mottola of Medford. Ann Marie was the devoted sister of Agatha Cardillo and Patricia Sinopoli, both of Tewksbury, Domenic Tringale of York, ME and Sandra Monteforte of Everett. She also leaves many loving nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford on Monday, June 5th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4 to 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
