FALL RIVER… Pauline ( Delisle ) Crofton, 94, of Fall River, the widow of Joseph M Crofton Jr. passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, at Clifton Rehabilitative Nursing Center, Somerset, on May 21.
Born in Fall River, the daughter of late Omar Delisle and Amanda ( Audet ) Delisle, she was a lifelong resident of Fall River.
She was a Senior Care Aide for Swansea Council on Aging, Adult Day Care Center, retiring at age 90. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include: 2 sons, Joseph M Crofton III, James T Crofton, and 2 daughters, Judith Hegburg, Jeanne Crofton-Rundlett; 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; a brother, Roger Delisle; a brother-in-law, Frank Crofton; several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Omar, Paul, Gerald, Rene, Robert Delisle, Claire Delisle, Lorraine Hindle, Lucille Emond, Jeannette Crane.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday at 10:30 AM from the South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St., Fall River, MA 02723, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at Holy Name Church, 709 Hanover ST, Fall River MA. Visiting hours will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 AM, prior to the funeral. Burial will be private.
