Steven Francis Fiore, of Arlington, formerly of Boston’s North End, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, May 24th at the Tippett House of Needham. He was 62.

Born in Boston’s North End, he was the son of the late Anthony and Olga (Chiarello) Fiore and attended local schools.

Steven had a work ethic like no one else. A tradesman, he specialized in plumbing. He was also a proud member of Local 151 and a Union Laborer. A true American, he worked hard for his family and provided them with the love and support they needed. When Steven wasn’t working, he loved spending time with his children, extended family and friends. He loved to dine and was an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast. Steven also loved and cared for animals. He was a good man who will be missed by many.

Steven was the devoted father of Kristen Fiore, Diana Fiore and her fiancé Derek Smith, all of Boston's North End, and the dear brother of Joseph J. Fiore and his wife Julie of Boston's North End. He was the beloved companion of Sharon Salvati of Boston’s North End and is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, 12 North Square, Boston’s North End on Wednesday, May 31st at 11AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 10-11AM in the church. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
