Barbara Ann Mahoney was born in Woburn in 1920 she entered into eternal rest on May 13, 2017. She graduated from Woburn High School in 1937. She was a field hockey player and a cheerleader.

Barbara is survived by her devoted children, Edward T. Mahoney, Jr. and his wife Ellen of Mashpee, Richard J. Mahoney and his wife Brendar of Woburn, Mary Ann Moynihan and her husband Chip of Hampton, NH, Nancy Harris and her husband Brian of Boston. She is also lovingly survived by her thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Sister of the late Winifred F. O’Brien, Alonzo O’Brien, Joseph E. O’Brien, Mary A. Sears, Philip H. O’Brien, and Elinor L. Donohue. Funeral from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., WOBURN, Wednesday, May 17th, at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 280 Main St., Woburn, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 thru 7 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Calvary Cemetery, Woburn.
