He is preceded in death by father Milton; mother Mavis; brother Ken; & infant daughter Terezie Mary. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Mary; son Mark (Suzanne); daughters Cheryl Ann (Dennis) Larimer & Suzanne Gayle Arndt (nee Leisman); 8 cherished grandchildren; 2 precious great grandchildren; many relatives & friends. Wayne was proud of his service in the Korean war & had a love for the Korean people. He graduated from Hamline University, worked for the State of MN & St. Paul Public Schools. He was a passionate artist, loved music, photography, genealogy, gardening, watching & feeding birds. He was very active in his church & their choir. Wayne had a heart for service to others & lived his life faithfully. Memorial service Saturday (5/6) 11:00 AM at NORTH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 2675 E. Hwy 36, North St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to service. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
