Judith Ann Morgan, 78, passed away April 28, 2017 at Ramsey Care Center after a battle with cancer. Judy was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, July 15, 1938 to Robert and Virginia Brack. Judy was married to John (Jack) W Morgan Jr on May 28, 1960. She is survived by her husband Jack, and brother Ron Brack. Judy had many achievements in her life. She loved travelling, classical music, and was an accomplished Senior Olympic swimmer. An open house to commemorate Judy’s life will be held at 2347 Joy Ave, White Bear Lake on May 16th from 4-7 pm.
