Gale A. (Denzer) Arel, age 75, of Norton, formerly of Attleboro passed away peacefully on Friday, March 17, 2017 at the Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of Leo W. Arel.
Born in Attleboro, MA on January 17, 1942, she was a loving daughter of the late William and Rita (Jalbert) Denzer.
Gale grew up and was educated in Attleboro. She was a graduate of Attleboro High School and attended Castleton College in Vermont.
A resident of Norton for the past forty-two years, Mrs. Arel was a retired technician, having worked for thirty years at the former Texas Instruments in Attleboro.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her devoted children Sheila Self and her husband Lee of Graniteville, SC, Tim Arel and his wife Josee of Sterling, VA, Melissa Williams of Plainville and Robin Pantonella of Knoxville, TN. She was the dear sister of Joan Hoyt of North Attleboro and is also survived by her cherished 9 grandchildren.
In accordance with her wishes, services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Visiting hours have also been omitted.
