Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 26, 2017 at age 85. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Cecil; son, Robert Paul. Survived by daughters, Leanne (Richard) Spermbaur, Karen Gust, Kathy "Tippy" Gust-Anderson; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; relatives & friends. Memorial service Thurday (03/02/2017) 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 4 PM – 7 PM at the Funeral Home.
