Kristen A. LaTour, 47, of Pleasant View Avenue, Smithfield, died Sunday, February 19, 2017. She was the loving wife of Lawrence “Guy” LaTour and beloved mother of Madeline, Marleia and Logan.
Born in Washington, DC, she was the cherished daughter of Daniel J. and Mary Ellen (Doody) Timbol of Palm Coast, Florida.
She had lived in Smithfield for the past 4 years. She was a Teaching Assistant at Raymond LaPerche School in Smithfield. She had previously worked at Smithfield YMCA, as a Thirty-One sales consultant as well as CVS/Caremark.
Besides her husband, children and parents, she is survived by her much loved “seester,” Andrea Timbol of Las Vegas, NV, her aunt, Jane Nauman of Gaithersburg, MD, her aunt and uncle, Sally and Fred Timbol of Berlin, MD, her caring in-laws, Guy, Sr. and Penny, Diane and Dennis, and many loving cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her sister, Meredith, her grandparents: Ethel, Fernando, Congetta and James and her aunt, Suzanne.
Visitation will be Sunday 3-7pm in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11am in St. Michael’s Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Georgiaville. Burial will be private.
