Jazmin Sustache, age 32 of Dorchester started her journey on this earth on October 2, 1984 at 6:37 am in Humacao, PR. A journey that commenced with everything against her, but who, since day one, refused to give up and, even though the doctors did not believe she would survive, she showed them that she was a fighter. Jazmin grew up to become a beautiful, loving and caring young woman who with her magnetic personality and infectious smile captivated all who knew her. She loved and accepted everyone equally and unconditionally. Jazmin is survived by her loving parents, Angel and Rosa (Roldan) Sustache, her younger brothers Eric and Derrick Sustache (who she made sure that they never forgot she was the oldest), niece and nephews Armani, Jaelyn, Julian and a new niece she was anxiously waiting for, her loving grandparents Engracia Aparicio of Dorchester, Valentin Roldan of Caguas, Puerto Rico, Carmen Sustache of Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends here and in Puerto Rico. Visiting hours will be held at Brady & Fallon Funeral Home, 10 Tower St. (opposite Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Tuesday, February 21 from 6-9 pm. Family and friends are invited to attend. | ||||
