Obituary

Louise Anne Dannecker, 68, of Foster, died Thursday, February 9, 2017, with her son by her side, at Hope Hospice and Palliative Care in Providence. She was the wife of Russell C. Dannecker.

Born in Bradford, Yorkshire, England, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Nellie (Peel) Robertshaw. She had lived in Foster for the past 6 years.

A loving mother, grandmother, wife and home maker, she is also survived by her sons, Glenn M. Nasfell of Central Falls, Corey M. Nasfell of Fallbrook, CA, Max G. Dannecker of West Greenwich, her six grandchildren: Azure, Skyla, Brockton, Jayden, Aubrey, Bryce, her sisters Elaine Fregeolle and her husband, Dennis of North Providence, and Wendy Perolli and her husband, Edward of Cumberland, as well as many loving nieces and nephews and their children. She was predeceased by Samuel and Charles Dannecker.

Louise is a former Amica Insurance Employee, a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she was a Full Time Missionary to Preston England Temple, Primary Teacher, Relief Society Counselor, Music Director and Visiting Teacher.

Louise is remembered by her sons as a great role model, she was proud of her British heritage, A White Rose of Yorkshire, full of Yorkshire grit, a true Latter Day Saint, touching the lives of many. She was an Angel, always ready to “Go to the Rescue” of others.

Visitation will be Tuesday 4-8pm in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 551 Central Pike, Scituate. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10am in the church followed by burial in Phillips Memorial Cemetery, Foster.
